Take one step at a time. Don't rush.
1. CONTROL CONFIDENCE KILLERS
Stay away from negative people, smile more, stop comparing yourself, believe in your own ability, look forward not back, have a focus, radiate positivity.
2. FIND OUT HOW YOU LOOK
Discover exactly how you look and sound when you're talking to people, either socially or at work. Take the Communication Test.
3. STOP BEING DISTRACTING
Find out if people see you the way you think they do. Be aware of any bad habits you have. Work out how to adapt to look super-confident.
4. USE GREAT BODY LANGUAGE
Don't learn how to react. Learn how to respond.
Make a great first impression. Maintain eye contact, yours your hands, use intonation in your voice to sound engaging.
